These terms govern your use of the GYMVIBE website and training program. By creating an account or purchasing the program you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person. Sharing access, reselling, or redistributing course material is not permitted.

2. Licence to use the course

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your own training. All videos, text, worksheets, and downloads remain the property of GYMVIBE. You may not copy, republish, or resell them.

3. Nature of the content

The program is general fitness and nutrition education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualised clinical nutrition advice. See the Fitness & Health Disclaimer.

4. No guaranteed results

We make no promise of any specific physical outcome. Individual results vary based on your starting point, consistency, sleep, nutrition, genetics, and other factors.

5. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never receive or store your full card details. Access is granted after the provider confirms a successful payment, and may be suspended if a payment is reversed or charged back.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

• No attempts to bypass paywalls, authentication, or access controls.
• No automated scraping or bulk downloading of course material.
• No abusive, harassing, or unlawful conduct in community areas.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including credential sharing or content redistribution.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYMVIBE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the dashboard.
