Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data GYMVIBE collects, why, and what control you have over it.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password (stored only as a hash by our authentication provider).
• Purchase data: order records and receipts from our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Training data you enter: workouts, sets, reps, weights, bodyweight, measurements, notes, and any progress photos you upload.
• Usage data: pages and lessons viewed, completion state, and basic device information for security and product analytics.

How we use it

• To give you access to the course you purchased and to save your progress.
• To send account, purchase, and program emails you have opted into.
• To provide support and prevent fraud or unauthorised access.
• To understand aggregate product usage so we can improve the course.

Sensitive information

Bodyweight, measurements, and progress photos are private to your account. They are never displayed publicly, shared with other customers, or sold. Please do not upload information about medical conditions; we are not a healthcare provider.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the platform — hosting and database, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics — each under contract and only for those purposes. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and training data is kept while your account is active. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can access or update your profile in the dashboard, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@gymvibe.co. Deleting your account removes your training data and photos; purchase records required by law are retained.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, plus limited analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Children

The program is not intended for anyone under 16.
